Cortina joins the company as Manager of Sales, Senior Consultant. He is an accomplished sales professional with over 12 years' experience in the financial services industry growing and managing new business relationships. His experience in business networking, partnership and alliance building, and strategic sales planning and management make him a valued member of our team as Beltz Ianni continues to grow our business.

Tony received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Nazareth College of Rochester, and his MBA from St. John Fisher College. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Small Business Council of Rochester and the It's About Caring for Kids (IACK) organizations.
