Fiduciary Investment Advisors Announce Employee Promotions
WINDSOR, CT, January 23, 2017 -- Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC ("FIA") is pleased to announce the following promotions within the firm.
Tyler Polk, AIF® has been named a Partner and Senior Consultant of the firm. He most recently served as a Senior Consultant after joining FIA in 2011. Tyler is a member of FIA's defined contribution team and internal 403(b) Committee and Participant Education/Communication Committee. He has significant experience advising institutional clients and assisting them with fiduciary liability, plan benchmarking, vendor analysis, participant educational planning, fee analysis, and plan design strategy.
Michael Chase has been named a Partner and Senior Consultant of the firm. He most recently served as a Senior Consultant after joining FIA in 2009. His range of expertise includes asset allocation/investment portfolio construction, capital markets analysis, investment manager evaluation, and governance oversight. Mike chairs the firm's Endowment & Foundation Committee and is a member of the firm's Discretionary Investment Services Committee, which is responsible for the oversight and management of the firm's discretionary investment portfolios.
Christian Coleman has been named a Partner and Director, Business Development and Marketing of the firm. He most recently served as Director, Business Development and Marketing, after joining FIA in 2008. Chris leads FIA's sales and marketing team, which includes oversight of the firm's business development, sales, and marketing efforts.
Matthew Kaminski, CFA has been named a Partner and Director, Manager Research of the firm. He most recently served as Director, Manager Research, after joining FIA in 2009. Matt leads the firm's manager research group and due diligence effort. Matt has covered several asset classes during his time at the firm and continues to maintain coverage in fixed income and private equity. Matt is a member of the firm's Discretionary Investment Services Committee, which is responsible for the oversight and management of the firm's discretionary investment portfolios. In addition, Matt is a member of the 401k/403(b) Strategic Oversight Committee and conducts research on target date and stable value strategies.
