PSCA Opens Search for New Executive Director
CHICAGO, IL, October 20, 2016 -- The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) today announced that it has opened its search for a new executive director.
PSCA board member Linda Garcia, Vice President of Human Resources at Rooms To Go, is leading a board search committee to replace Tony Verheyen, who earlier announced he would leave his staff position and return to the private sector. Verheyen, who became PSCA's executive director in December 2014, will remain with the organization during the transition, and thereafter as an engaged member volunteer.
The search committee is seeking a candidate who will continue to advance the interests of the nation's plan sponsors. The new executive director will serve as PSCA's chief staff officer, reporting to the board of directors, and will have full oversight of the organization, staff operations, events, programs, lobbying and media and public relations.
