As part of ongoing efforts to improve customer experience at Slavic401k, the company recognized previous statement layouts were nearly 10 years old. The statements were complex, lacked cohesiveness. Slavic401k felt they could slightly confusing to plan participants and wanted to improve their experience.
As a Relius daily valuation recordkeeping system user, Slavic401k needed a solution provider that could integrate with the system effectively. O'Neil Digital Solutions offered experience in integration with Relius for consumption of data from that system.
O'Neil has been working with Slavic401k over the past several months to design and deploy the technology to put the data into the necessary infrastructure. The O'Neil composition team will process all the necessary plan and participant data and has created custom templates for all Slavic401k plans. O'Neil will also manage the printing of documents and providing electronic versions as well.

The system has allowed for over 100 different customized versions of statements and option for placement of tailored advertising within statements.
Based on Slavic401k's research of other available solutions in the marketplace, it is estimated the company can save roughly 80% on electronic and nearly 50% on physical statements by using O'Neil Digital Solutions.
