Philadelphia-Area 401k Leader Hires Two Executives to Oversee Development and Growth
NEWTOWN, PA, October 8, 2003 -- Resources for Retirement, Inc. (Resources), a recognized defined contribution plan leader in Newtown, PA, has recently enhanced their executive staff with the hiring of Gordon (Gus) E. Searles to the position of Vice President, and George P. Boyle to the position of Vice President of Business Strategies.
Prior to joining Resources, Gus served as Vice President and Senior Client Services Manager for Delaware Investments, where he was responsible for retention and growth of the largest and most valuable retirement plan clients. As Vice President at Resources, Gus is charged with organizing new services and education for clients and participants.
As the newly hired Vice President of Business Strategies, George is responsible for managing the relationship Resources has with professional firms who refer clients to their company. An important part of George's position includes conducting continuing education classes for CPAs and attorneys on subjects related to retirement plans. George was previously the founder and managing partner at Kerschner Boyle & Co., CPA's, a full-service public accounting firm, where he was able to increase sales from $100,000 to $1.5 million.
