Easy-to-use fiduciary tool provides step-by-step instructions to help companies understand and document fiduciary compliance

LOS ANGELES, CA, October 14, 2003 -- Transamerica Retirement Services has introduced a new tool designed to help retirement plan sponsors navigate their increasingly important fiduciary role. The Fiduciary Planning Kit is a uniquely interactive guide that takes employers step-by-step through their fiduciary process. The kit includes a workbook, interactive CD and time-sensitive online documents. All of the kit elements work together to provide sponsors with a simple way to understand and document their compliance for their retirement plan.
