CPI Qualified Plan Consultants Release New Service Enhancements

GREAT BEND, KS, November 9, 2004 -- CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. a third party recordkeeping and administration company headquartered in Great Bend, Kansas, announced today the release of several new enhancements to its Plan Sponsor and Participant Internet sites. CPI president, Bob Dema states, "We are excited about this latest round of enhancements to our web site for both plan sponsors and plan participants. We will, of course, continue to work to enhance and improve the services we offer to our clients and their participants."

New enhancements for the Plan Sponsor include:

• Participant Searches and Lists. This feature gives the Plan Sponsor the ability to create a list of participants based on five search filters: age, total assets, termination date, number of funds invested in, and fund invested in. In addition, all of the search criteria can be used in combination with all of the others. The Plan Sponsor can also choose to include the participant's mailing and/or e-mail address in the list produced.
• Loan and Distribution Status. This feature gives the Plan Sponsor the ability to check the status of participant loan and/or distribution requests made during a time period specified by the Plan Sponsor. The Plan Sponsor can view distribution and/or loan information for a single participant, or for all participants.
• Conversion Status. This feature gives new clients the ability to monitor the progress of their plan conversion at CPI. A wealth of information is provided, from contact information to conversion activity status to a list of information requested and when it was received.
• The Spider. The Spider is an information repository that allows the Plan Sponsor to access complete plan valuation and compliance information. Included in The Spider are benefit statement and report packages, annual compliance testing and reports, and complete plan documentation, from the trust document and Summary Plan Description to Plan Highlights and the loan program.

New enhancements for Participants include:

• Benefit Statements Via E-Mail. Participants can now elect to receive their benefit statements each month by e-mail.
• Information Center. This feature provides the Participant the ability to access a copy of the Summary Plan Description and loan program (if applicable).
