ICC Plan Solutions Unveils New Functionality On-line With 401k e-P.A.S.S.
CHARLOTTE, NC, October 5, 2005 -- ICC Plan Solutions today announced the debut of a number of upgrades and new features on their proprietary on-line enrollment kit system, 401k e-P.A.S.S. (Enrollment Plan Automated System Solutions). This product unveiled to the marketplace in 2004 currently has more than 100 active clients.
One of the major new additions allows users to "Clone-A-Plan". The process is similar to the "save as" feature with other programs but easier to use. If a client has a new plan with the same highlights and/or funds, they simply click on the Clone-A-Plan button, enter the name of the new plan, click save and the new file has been created.
Other new features include the availability for users to choose from three fund fact sheet designs and three different enrollment forms. A new search criterion has been added to the investment option process with CUSIP and investment ticker searches now available.
A further commitment to ICC's personalization program includes upgrades to the General Plan Details section. This contains the ability to easily customize a cover letter, upgraded custom portfolio section and a 404(c) option.
The quality and assurance (QA) process has been made more efficient as well. Users now select which cover and inside education content they want. When they click to create the PDF they instantly view the entire book they created.
Branded versions of the e-P.A.S.S. on-line system are also available to customers who desire a seamless integration with their existing systems and materials.
