CPI Qualified Plan Consultants Opens Mid-Atlantic Office
GREAT BEND, KS, August 10, 2006 -- CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. a third party recordkeeping and administration company headquartered in Great Bend, Kansas, announced today that Mary Williams has accepted the Retirement Plan Consultant position in the newly created Virginia Beach, Virginia office. Ms. Williams will service not only Virginia Beach, but also Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and Richmond, Virginia; as well as Baltimore, Maryland; and the Washington, D.C. metro area. As Retirement Plan Consultant, Ms. Williams will represent CPI with retirement plan sponsors and their investment professionals as they design and develop their qualified and non-qualified retirement plan programs.
Mary Williams' career spans thirteen years in the marketing and financial services industry, more than eight of which were spent with American Funds Distributors. While at American Funds, Mary was responsible for assisting investment professionals in selecting retirement plan solutions for corporate clients. Mary is a native of Virginia and attended Tidewater Community College. She currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and son.
In a joint statement from Kendall Chance, National Sales Director, and Bill Cavalier, Regional Manager for the northeast territory, Mr. Cavalier commented, "Mary's presence in the area gives us the ability to focus on what has been a very active region in this territory, and her experience will allow her to hit the ground running, as it were."
