Arnerich Massena Announces New Director of Research and Analytics

PORTLAND, OR, October 1, 2009 -- Arnerich Massena, a Portland, Oregon-based independent investment advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Chris Abbruzzese has assumed the role of director of research and analytics and director of alternative investments. Mr. Abbruzzese will be responsible for the management and oversight of the analytics group, as well as the sourcing of new investment managers and completion of primary due diligence within the hedge fund and private equity universes. Mr. Abbruzzese previously served as a senior analyst at Arnerich Massena.

Prior to joining Arnerich Massena, Chris Abbruzzese was executive director at JP Morgan Chase, serving as a risk manager in the firm's Global Prime Services division. He also served as managing director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he held various positions in the firm's Global Credit and Global Clearing Services risk control departments. He holds a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
