PALO ALTO, CA, December 9, 2009 -- Financial Engines, Inc. announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement on Form S-1 for the proposed initial public offering of its Common Stock.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., UBS Investment Bank, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Cowen and Company, LLC are expected to be the underwriters for the offering.
