White Horse Advisors Selected by Republic National Distributing to Provide Plan Services
ATLANTA, GA, June 11, 2009 -- White Horse Advisors, LLC, an independently-owned provider of financial advisory services to owners of closely-held businesses and retirement plan sponsors, has been engaged by Republic National Distributing Company. White Horse Advisors will provide ongoing fiduciary oversight, plan advice, and investment advice for Republic National Distributing Company's nine 401k Plans and their two defined benefit plans.
Republic National Distribution Company has locations in 17 states, and a variation of plans including multiemployer, joint venture, and controlled group plans. White Horse Advisors will service nine plans with over $260,000,000 in combined assets and more than 7,000 employees. The contract became effective on December 31, 2008.
