Fred Barstein Resigns as CEO of 401kexchange
GREENACRES, FL, December 6, 2010 -- Fred Barstein, founder and CEO of 401kexchange, has resigned his positions as employee, director and officer from the company effective November 24, 2010 to devote his efforts to The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU) and other activities. The Board of Directors thanks Fred for his many contributions and wishes him the best of luck with TRAU.
Randy Mysel, President and COO, will assume the CEO responsibilities.
