Jim Racine Joins Baden Retirement Plan Services

Racine has joined the company as Vice President responsible for day-to-day operations and growth of the business.
Jim, who will be located in Baden's Fort Wayne, Indiana office, has over twenty five years experience in the financial service industry. His experience includes leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Group and VALIC where he focused on driving growth in their retirement plan businesses. According to Neil J. Smith, Executive Vice President of Baden's parent company, Ascensus, "Jim's operational experience combined with broad relationship management, product development and sales support make him strongly qualified for the role."
Jim earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University and holds a number of industry designations including CLU, ChFC, FLMI and NASD 6 and 26 licenses.
