Informa Acquires Zephyr Associates
WHITE PLAINS, NY, October 10, 2012 -- Informa Investment Solutions (IIS), a division of Informa plc (LSE: INF) and a leading supplier of software and solutions for the investment industry, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zephyr Associates, Inc (Zephyr). Zephyr will continue to operate as a business unit within IIS.
Zephyr, a global leader in the development of analytical software tools, delivers products and services that help investment professionals make informed decisions about investment products and portfolio construction. IIS offers a variety of investment content, wealth management analytics and reporting capabilities. The acquisition of Zephyr will provide IIS with a more comprehensive suite of integrated business intelligence and decision support solutions for investment and wealth management professionals.
