OneAmerica Appoints Retirement Industry Veteran RVP for Northern Sales
INDIANAPOLIS, IN, July 17, 2012 -- The companies of OneAmerica have appointed retirement industry veteran Paul Citron as regional vice president for retirement business sales for its northern region. Citron joins OneAmerica with over 20 years of retirement sales, service and management experience. He will oversee retirement sales and service functions for several regional sales offices around the nation.
"Paul brings a high level of knowledge and proven success in the retirement industry that will further support our position as a market leading organization," said Mark Glavin, vice president of retirement sales and service distribution for the OneAmerica companies. "His experience with the markets, segments, national accounts and advisors we serve will allow him to step into a high-impact leadership role and drive the growth of our retirement business."
Most recently, Citron was vice president for Prudential Retirement where his responsibilities also included sales and key account leadership in the eastern region. Prior to joining Prudential in 2006, he held leadership roles with Great West and ICMA Retirement Corporation.
"I'm looking forward to helping OneAmerica expand on its sterling reputation and grow into new markets," said Citron. "But most importantly to the chance to impact more plan sponsors and plan participants by helping increase retirement readiness."
As a result of this appointment Citron will be relocating to Indianapolis. He holds a bachelors degree in economics from Wake Forest University.
