Tegrit Group Acquires Martin Consultants
AKRON, OH, October 2, 2012 -- Tegrit Group, a national leader in actuarial consulting, plan administration and technology solutions for public and private retirement plan sponsors, announces the acquisition of Martin Consultants, a Columbus, Ohio based Third Party Administrator for Small Business Retirement Accounts.
Rob Martin, president of Martin Consultants, joins Tegrit Group as the Manager of Client and Advisor Experience in the Columbus office.
The acquisition of Martin Consultants allows Tegrit Group to more effectively partner with clients and the professional community in Columbus by solidifying a local presence with a seasoned team.

Martin brings over 20 years of experience to Tegrit Group. He was one of the first 50 to earn the distinguished IRS designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent in 2009. He obtained his Qualified Pension Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries in 1994. "I'm very excited about joining Tegrit Group," said Martin.
